Locked In is an escape room experience that takes place inside a haunted house. You play the role of a group of five people who are locked inside a mansion with limited time to solve the mystery and escape. The team at Locked In breaks the experience up into multiple rooms where you work together as a group to search, discover and escape the mansion. At Locked In, you play a group of five people who are locked inside a house. You have 30 minutes to solve the mystery and escape. There are three levels of difficulty, and the first two are free to play. If you like puzzles and riddles, you might enjoy the third level. Staged Escape (80-90 minutes) - this is the standard experience, and is what you’ll most likely enjoy the most. The standard experience involves staging a real-life escape from the residence. Arrive early, as there are usually people staging escapes during the day. Digital Escape (40 minutes) - this is what you do when you don’t feel like staging an escape. You’re given a virtual key to open a gate, and are then presented with a scenario where you have to navigate through obstacles and make decisions that will help you get to the end of the story.

There are three keys to unlocking your room: speed, stealth and cleverness. The first key is speed. You have 30 minutes to solve the mystery and escape. You can use this to either break into the house, or to search for clues. You can also use this to search the house for items you might need, like a key to the house, or a matches. The second key is stealth. You have 15 minutes to solve the mystery and escape. This is when you’ll use your physical and mental skills to navigate through the house, and avoid being discovered by the characters. The third key is cleverness. This one is the hardest, and you have 5 minutes to solve the mystery and escape. After this, the game is over and you can view your solutions and ratings to compare against other players’ solutions.

If you’re lucky enough to make it to the end of the game, you’ll notice a QR code on the main page of the website. Scan this code with your phone to redeem your rewards. You can always choose to return to the website and redeem a different reward if you don’t like your first choice.
